Jeffrey was born on July 24, 1965 and passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018.

Jeffrey was a resident of Saint Augustine, Florida at the time of passing.

He was a 1983 graduate or Fletcher High School and he had worked as a welder.

A visitation, beginning at 10 a.m., will precede the services.
