Jerry was born on April 26, 1969 and passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

Jerry was a resident of Texarkana, Arkansas at the time of passing.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 17, 2017 at St. James Episcopal Church with Father Douglas Anderson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 417 Olive Street, Texarkana, Texas 75501.
