Moschner (Wilcox), Joan Born October 25th, 1928 and passed away April 26th, 2017. Loving wife of the late Forrest Moschner and the late Milt Hammel. Loving mother of Paul (Kate) Kraus and the late Larry Kraus. Beloved Grandmother of Michelle (Brad) Fisher, Carrie (Matt) Rufkahr and Daniel Kraus. Loving Great Grandmother of Noah and Regan Fisher and Faith and Grace Rufkahr. "Pseudo Mother" to Marti Cortez. Godmother, Great Aunt, Great Cousin and Great friend too many.

Joan was a world traveler, confidant to many, Christian, Comedian and a Patriot. A "Master of Opinions", Philanthropist, cultured and refined. Joan was the life of the party. She came from humble beginnings and never forgot her roots. Joan was a lover of all forms of education. Her book collection would put a library to shame. Joan considered travel an extension of education and visited over 30 countries and all 50 US states. She was blessed to experience two great loves in her life. A self-proclaimed Semi Pro Political analyst, Joan took on any political match and always had the facts to back herself up. Her love of country was only surpassed by her Faith in Christ. She never met a card game she could walk away from due to her unmatched competitive spirit. Never without a joke, a smile and a glass of Chablis aka the "Moschner Mix". The party just got better in Heaven. Game on! Your final act of Love will never be forgotten.
