Joan was born on September 21, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018.

Joan was a resident of Oak Ridge, Tennessee at the time of passing.

She grew up in Great Neck, Long Island, and attended Smith College.

Friends and family will be received at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home on Sunday, Feb. 18, at 2 p.m., followed by the memorial service at 3 p.m.
