Joe was born on February 3, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018.

Joe was a resident of Burkburnett, Texas at the time of passing.

Joe then served in the United States Army, where he received an honorable discharge.

Visitation will be at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Burkburnett. Interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery in Jermyn under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Meals on Wheels of Burkburnett.
