Joetta B. Eller, age 94, of Atlanta, IN died November 15, 2017 at Homewood Health Campus at Lebanon, IN.

She was born February 24, 1923 at Arcadia, IN to Geoff and Opal (Wright) Beaver.

She was a graduate of Arcadia High School with the Class of 1941.

Joetta had worked at the Tipton Hospital and the D.A. Murray Company also at Tipton for several years. But most of all she enjoyed her role as homemker and being with her family.

She married Lester Eugene Eller on January 5, 1946. He preceded her in death January 30, 2003. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Kevin Ray Eller, daughter: Pamela Jo Eller, granddaughter: Kelsey Jo LaVigne, brothers: Wayne, Robert and Cecil Beaver, sisters: Mabel Shaw, Edna Mae Shock, and Betty Essig.

Surviving her are sons: Steven D. (Mary Beth) Eller of Atlanta, IN and Michael (Peggy) Eller of Lebanon, IN, grandson: Derek Eller, and great-grandchildren: Kadi LaVigne, Noah LaVigne and Kody LaVigne.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034, with Pastor Jody Brown officiating. Burial will follow at the Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until time of the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
