John was born on February 20, 1926 and passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016.

John was a resident of Toledo, Ohio at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Nativity Grade School Central Catholic High School and attended the University of Toledo and the University of Michigan.

He served his country in WWII serving in the Army Air Force Corp.

He was married to Patricia.

Family and friends may visit Friday September 16 2016 from 2-8 p.m. at the W. K. Sujkowski Son Funeral Home 3838 Airport Hwy. where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. immediately followed by Knights of Columbus 4th Degree services. Funeral services will begin with prayers at the mortuary on Saturday at 11:15 a.m. followed by the funeral Mass at 12 noon in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to thank the nurses and aides of Hospice of Northwest Ohio and his Promedica aides especially Arsha for all the comfort support and care they provided.

Donations may be made to Hospice of NWO or TPGS.
