John E. DeSoto, Jr., age 57, of Morrilton, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014. He was born August 8, 1956, in Buffalo, New York, a son of the late John Edward DeSoto, Sr. and Frances Micciche DeSoto. He was a member of the Thursday Night Mixed Bowling League and Diamond Ham Radio Club and was a Customer Service Represenative.
He was survived by his wife, Geneva Wilson DeSoto of Morrilton; sons, Jacob DeSoto (Sylvia) of Oregon and Michael DeSoto of Binghamton, New York; mother, Frances Micchiche DeSoto; brothers, Tony DeSoto of Tonawanda, New York and David DeSoto (Maria) of San Diego, California; sister, Dee Donlon of Tonwanda of New York; step-sister, Avis Sinclair (Peter) of New York; granddaughter, Amelia DeSoto of Oregon; and various Aunts, Uncles and cousins from New York State.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
