John was born on January 1, 1953 and passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017.

John was a resident of Oregon.

John graduated from George Washington High School West Virginia University and earned a Masters in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati.

A memorial service and celebration of John are being planned for Sunday June 25 in Portland. All are welcome please contact jannandmemorialgmail.com for the time and location.
