John was born on May 13, 1939 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

John was a resident of De Pere, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

Toby attended Channing High School and was an Engineer for the Milwaukee Road Soo Line for 40 years.

He served in the Army from 1963 to 1968.

Burial will take place in Channing, Michigan at a later date.
