John was born on April 14, 1935 and passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019.

John was a resident of Cherry Valley, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Mr. Verelst was a member of Centennial Lafayette Masonic Lodge # 544 F & AM, Carnegie and a member of the American Legion # 485, McDonald. Burial will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Hickory. https://www.mds-foundation.org/donate/ Visitation at the Nation Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on August 3, 2019.
