John was born on August 27, 1970 and passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

John was a resident of Huntley, Illinois at the time of passing.

John W. Montwicki, 47, of Huntley, died peacefully, April 11, 2018 Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18 at the DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley, and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for his children's education.
