Mr. Campbell was born on January 4, 1943 and passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019.

Mr. Campbell was a resident of Rock Hall, Maryland at the time of passing.

A graduate of Haddonfield High School class of 1960, Joe served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Services will be held on Tuesday, October 15th at 12:00 (noon) at Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home 130 Speer Road Chestertown where relatives and friends may call one-hour prior (11-12). Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
