Joseph was born on May 6, 1948 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Joseph was a resident of Windsor, Virginia at the time of passing.

He graduated from Portsmouth Catholic High School in 1966 and attended Tidewater Community College.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, April 18, from 6-8 pm at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, 5685 Lee Farm Lane, Suffolk, VA 23435.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Isle of Wight Rescue Squad.
