Joseph was born on December 7, 1933 and passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016.

Joseph was a resident of Blackwood, New Jersey at the time of his passing.

Joe graduated from Roman Catholic High School in 1951. In 1959 he received his bachelors degree in civil engineering and in 1963 received his masters degree in civil engineering. Both degrees were from Villanova University. He belonged to both the Roman Catholic and Villanova Alumni Associations. Joe was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

He was married to Marion.

There will be a viewing from 8:45 to 10:15am Monday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass 11am at Holy Child Parish St. Teresa RC Church Runnemede. Entombment New St. Marys Mausoleum Bellmawr.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joes name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation 230 East Ohio Street Suite 500 Chicago IL 60611-3201 or to the Roman Catholic Alumni Association 301 N. Broad Street Philadelphia PA 19107.
