Joseph was born on April 11, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

Joseph was a resident of Parker, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Following graduation from the former Parker High School, he entered the U.S. Navy with service in Puerto Rico from April 1945 with honorable discharge in August 1946.
