Dr. Testo was born on July 8, 1922 and passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018.

Dr. Testo was a resident of New York at the time of passing.

In his early years, Dr. Testo attended School 10 in Troy and graduated from Troy High School.

During WWII, Joe served in the Army from 1943-1946 and was stationed in the China-Burma-India Theatre of war.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 17th from 10am-12pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A memorial service will immediately follow at noon. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in Troy in the spring. Visitation at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on February 17, 2018.
