Joseph was born on March 3, 1920 and passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018.

Joseph was a resident of Zion, Illinois at the time of passing.

Some of the colleges he never attended, but learned of through advertisement and believed in their values.

After trying to work in mines, he realized he wanted to do something else, so his dad gave him some money and he ventured off to a recruiting office to join the United States Navy.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 16, 2017 from 9-10AM at Queen of Peace Church, 910 14 th Street, North Chicago. Burial will take place with Military Honors at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Logan, West Virginia on Friday, January 19, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice in Joseph's name would be greatly appreciated. With this, they decided to make significant donations to various colleges and community organizations.
