Joseph was born on June 25, 1938 and passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Joseph was a resident of Princeton, West Virginia at the time of passing.

Joe was a graduate of Princeton High School Class of 1957.

He was a member of the Princeton Masonic Lodge #134 AF & AM. His four children, Michael and Robin Starkey, Joe and Melissa Starkey, Bryan and Rhonda Starkey and Kim and Roger Lane; 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and one brother, Fred and Frances Starkey.Funeral services to celebrate the life of Joe Starkey will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Jim Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
