Joseph was born on May 27, 1965 and passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

Joseph was a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina at the time of his passing.

Joe graduated from Drexel University in 1988 with a BA in Mechanical Engineering.

He served 5 years in the submarine force aboard the USS Woodrow Wilson. Joe earned the rank of Lieutenant as well as 4 Naval Achievement Medals Officer Submarine Warfare Breast Insignia Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and a National Defense Service Medal.

He was married to Ann.

A celebration of life will be held at Heritage Funeral Home 3700 Forest Lawn Dr. Matthews NC 28104 at 10:30 AM on Saturday December 3 2016.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Levine Dickson Hospice House 8919 Park Rd. Charlotte NC 28210.
