Joseph was born on June 10, 1953 and passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017.

Joseph was a resident of West Rutland, Vermont at the time of his passing.

He attended the College of St. Joseph.

The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at Clifford Funeral Home where a calling hour will begin at 11 a.m. prior to the service officiated by the Rev. Richard Tinney. Burial will be at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
