Joseph was born on September 25, 1940 and passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017.

Joseph was a resident of Killeen, Texas at the time of passing.

He honorably served four years of active duty in the United States Navy discharging in July of 1963.

Survivors include his wife, Fay Parrish; three sons, Troy, Tim, and Terry Parrish; 13 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10AM, Monday, June 19, 2017, at the First Baptist Church of Florence under the direction of The Gabriels Funeral Chapel and Crematory, with burial to follow at Noon at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Visitation for family and friends will be held 6 to 8PM, Sunday, June 18, 2017 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Austin Cancer Center or the American Cancer Society.
