Joseph was born on July 25, 1948 and passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.

Joseph was a resident of Detroit, Michigan at the time of passing.

Joe served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Joseph was married to Rhonda Sika.

Funeral Service will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 28, 2016 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Fr. Andrew Booms will officiate. Honoring Mr. Jolin's wishes, cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. The Zilwaukee and local fire departments will honor Joe with a walk-thru at 6:15 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Boy Scout Troop #377 or the Cub Scout Pack #3377.
