Josephine G. Loksa, 94, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Winchester House in Libertyville, IL. She was born on July 12, 1922 in Chicago where she was a longtime resident and most recently of Libertyville. She worked for several food manufacturers in Chicago including, National Tea and Brach's Candy Company and was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Libertyville.
She is survived by her son, Frank (Debbie) Loksa of Libertyville; a daughter, Patricia (George) Pomilia of Rushville, IN and grandchildren, Katherine & Andrew Loksa, Christina Pomilia and Nicholas (Michelle) Pomilia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Loksa, Sr. in 2002, a grandson, George Pomilia, Jr. and her sister, Jane Duda.
A visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at BURNETT-DANE FUNERAL HOME, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.) Libertyville followed by funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Parish, 121 E. Park Ave. in Libertyville.
