Judy was born on September 19, 1952 and passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019.

Judy was a resident of Charleston, West Virginia at the time of passing.

She was a 1970 graduate of Charleston High School; a 1974 graduate of Morris Harvey College where she played basketball and she also attended the University of South Florida.

The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2019, at Morris Memorial United Methodist Church, Kanawha City, with Dr. Bob Kirby officiating. A visitation with family and friends will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the Church.
