Kara was born on December 24, 1958 and passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017.

Kara was a resident of Pilot Point, Texas at the time of passing.

She graduated from Lake Highlands High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at First Baptist Church in McKinney, TX.
