Dr. Lamb was born on October 28, 1955 and passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018.

Dr. Lamb was a resident of Evansville, Indiana at the time of passing.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 16, 2018 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 301 SE 1st St, Evansville, IN 47713 with Rev. Holly Rankin Zaher officiating. Burial will follow at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery.
