Mrs. Kay Reeves, age 62 of Caruthersville, Missouri, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Born to Bo and Peggy Branscum Lucas in Blytheville, she was a homemaker and member of the Tyler Baptist Church.
Kay was a true animal lover especially dogs and cats. She also enjoyed watching the horses run at the horse races. Most important in her life was the time she spent with family.
Kay is survived by her husband, James Reeves of the home; daughter, Brandi Southern and her husband James of Caruthersville, Missouri; her mother, Peggy Lucas of Dallas, Texas and father Bo Lucas and wife Shirley of Blytheville, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held, Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Max Briley officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 11:00 am until service time also at Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Missouri.
