Keith was a resident of Columbus, Indiana at the time of passing.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2019, at the Bear Creek Baptist Church in Jennings County. Burial will be in the Bear Creek Baptist Cemetery.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Lions Club of North Vernon.
