Keith passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.

Keith was a resident of Saint Louis, Missouri at the time of his passing.

He was married to Theresa.

Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Tuesday November 29 4 9 pm. Funeral Service Wednesday November 30 11 am at Hope United Church of Christ Tamm and Eichelberger. Interment St. Marcus Cemetery.

Memorials to Shriners Hospital or St. Jude Childrens Hospital appreciated.
