Keith was born on March 15, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019.

Keith was a resident of Boonsboro, Maryland at the time of passing.

Keith was a graduate of Frederick High School with the class of 1969 and went to serve in the United States Navy.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., on Monday, May 20, 2019 in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, 515 South Market Street, Frederick, MD.
