Kelly was born on August 30, 1967 and passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

Kelly was a resident of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina at the time of her passing.

She was married to Joseph.

Services are tentatively scheduled for early October at New Spring Church in Myrtle Beach. and will be announced soon along with a memorial donation to a special charity.
