Kelly was born on March 12, 1976 and passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017.
Kelly was a resident of Ayer, Massachusetts at the time of passing.
She was a graduate of Ayer High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
