Kenly was born on April 13, 1935 and passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.

Kenly was a resident of Woodlawn, Virginia at the time of his passing.

He proudly served his country in the US Army and was stationed in Germany for two years.

He was married to Parthenia.

The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Woodlawn United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dina Clower and the Rev. Gloria Lancaster Rhudy officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery with Military Rites by the Hillsville VFW Post 1115. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 PM until time for the funeral service at the Woodlawn United Methodist Church.
