Kenneth Joseph Daigle passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 13, 2018 at the age of 71. Kenneth was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on April 14, 1946 to the late Russell and Tillie Daigle, and moved to New Orleans when he was 10 years old. An impressive history buff who loved building military models, Kenneth spent a couple years sharing his knowledge with others while volunteering his time at the WWII museum. A loyal member of The Flying Tigers Scale Model Builders, Kenneth was an award winning model builder, who was known for his quick wit, zany sense of humor, and fierce personality. He was a man who knew what he stood for. Kenneth never met a stranger and always spread laughter to all who encountered him. Kenneth's wife Theresa, was the absolute love of his life and the match to his wit. He cherished every moment of the 42 years they were married, and never recovered after she passed. The love and laughter of their marriage lives on through their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his five children: Angelique Daigle (Steven), Marcus Daigle (Brenda), Tonia Daigle, Michael Daigle (Sarah), and Natalie Arceneaux (Raymond); seven grandchildren: Catherine Sabine, Paul, Nicole, Vincent, Will, Grace, and Raymond; and three great-grandchildren: Isabella and twins, Alyssa and Sara.
