Of Jackson, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Vista Grande Villa Health Center at the age of 91. Mr. Bolton was the son of Kenneth and Lois (Haines) Bolton, born January 6, 1924 in Jackson, MI. He was preceded in death by his two wife's Myrtle and Norma Bolton, his parents, granddaughter, Sheri Bolton, and great-granddaughter, Morgan Bolton. Surviving are three children, John (Kathy) Bolton, Rosellen (Phil) Norkey, and Dennis (Susan) Bolton; nine grandchildren, Kelly, Amy, Nathan, Christopher, Jennifer, Nicholaus, Karl, Rebecca, and Rachel; 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; sister, Barbara Hinkley; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ken served his country in the United States Maine Corps during WWII in the South Pacific. He retired after 44 years of service with Acme Industries. Ken was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church and St. Luke Lutheran Church. He loved spending time with his family and many friends, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his dogs. A celebration of his life will be held at Watson Funeral Chapel in Jackson, Tuesday, April 7, at 11:00 A.M., Pastor Hal Jankusky officiating, interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 230 W. Monroe Street, Suite 200, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The family would like to express their sincere thank you to Vista Grande Villa Heath Center staff and Allegiance Hospice staff for their wonderful care of our dad.

Visitation Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.
