Lamar was born on August 5, 2017 and passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017.

Lamar was a resident of Ray City, Georgia at the time of passing.

He served in the United States Coast Guard during World War II and participated in the D-Day Normandy Invasion of France.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 9, 2017 in the Ray City First Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
