Larry was born on October 19, 1944 and passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017.

Larry was a resident of Waynesboro, Virginia at the time of passing.

He graduated from Middle River High School and post graduate of Augusta Military Academy. He was a graduate of Virginia Bankers Association School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin.

Larry was married to Mary.

The family will receive friends Monday March 13 2017 from 6 to 8:30 pm at McDow Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday March 14 2017 at the Verona United Methodist Church with interment in the Church cemetery following the service officiated by Reverends Bob Weeks and Edward Pruitt and Jeff Allen.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Augusta Health Foundation Cancer Center Bridge Fund.
