Lauren Elizabeth Chambers Coates 18, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2015. Lauren was born on February 1, 1997 in Indianapolis and is the daughter of Mark Coates and Natalie Chambers.

Lauren is survived by her parents; grandmothers Phyllis Chambers and Martha Coates; aunts and uncles Paul and Leslie Strohm, Matt and Cira Coates, and Robert and Melissa Higginbotham; and three cousins. Lauren was preceded in death by her grandfathers Donald Chambers and Paul Coates.

Lauren loved life s simple pleasures - massages, music, kisses and hugs. Her smile was a gift to all who knew her.

Friends and family will gather on Wednesday, April 1st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery Chapel where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Peyton Manning Children s Hospital, c/o St. Vincent Foundation, 8402 Harcourt Road, Suite 210, Indianapolis, IN 46260 or Riley Children s Foundation, 30 S.
