Leonard was born on September 30, 1924 and passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.

Leonard was a resident of Wilmington, Ohio at the time of passing.

A 1942 graduate of Wilmington High School, Leonard joined the Navy and served during WWII.

He participated in the VFW, Eagles Lodge, Elks, Forty & Eight, was past commander of the American Legion Post 49, past Master of the Masonic Lodge, and a longtime member of the Clinton County Honor Guard. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina; friends may call from 10-11 a.m. Memorial contributions are preferred and strongly suggested to: American Legion Post 49 Memorial Squad Campaign, Ohio Veterans Home Activities Fund and Hospice of Hope.
