Lewis Miller passed away on March 6, 2015. He was born on Christmas Day, 1935. He is survived by his wife Gloria, and sisters Sally Carthel and Marie Peterek and her husband Bob, and sister in law Jackie Lang.
Lewis learned his radio skills in the US Army and developed those skills into his lifelong profession as a Broadcast Engineer at KLRN studios. When he died, he was president of the San Antonio Chapter of Broadcast Engineers. Although his true passions were the work and the lifelong friends at the studio, he also enjoyed being Rancher Lewis at the Nixon property shared with his brother Terry. He was a lifelong learner, whose interests included his audiophile group and woodworking.
Lewis will be keenly missed by his wife and sisters, his many nieces and nephews, his cousins and all of the acquaintances made through his broadcasting career. Memorials may be made to KLRN.
