Lewis passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018.

Lewis was a resident of Danbury, Connecticut at the time of passing.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 10 a.m. in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 520 Ridgebury Rd., Ridgefield . Interment will be private at at the direction of the family..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lew's memory to the St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Roof Repair Fund, 520 Ridgebury Rd., Ridgefield, CT 06877 or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
