Lewis was born on November 18, 1921 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

Lewis was a resident of Troy, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Hegins Township High School.

He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on Sept. 11 1942 and served overseas during WWII in the Asiatic-Pacific Area with the Special Weapons Group Seventh Defense Battalion.

Lewis was married to Theresa.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM on Sunday Oct. 16 2016 at Morse and Kleese Funeral Home 94 N. Center St Canton PA. Lewis will be interred at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Oct. 17 2016. A memorial service open to the public will be held at the First Baptist Church in Troy PA on Saturday Nov. 12 2016 at 1:00 PM.
