Lillian G. Beaudet, 97, of Manchester, died February 1, 2017 at the Elliot Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Manchester on January 30, 1920 the daughter of Donat and Yvonne (Chauvette) Therrien and was a lifelong resident of the Queen City. She was educated in the local school system.

She was married to the love of her life, Eugene Beaudet, in 1941 and together they shared a life of love and devotion to each other for more than 63 years until his passing in 2004. A hard working woman, Lillian was employed at Myrna Shoe Company for many years but found her greatest joy and fulfillment was in being a housewife and mother and caring for her family. She enjoyed getting together with family and friends and her Thursday shopping trips with her sisters. A devout New England sports fan she could always be found cheering on the Red Sox and Patriots and especially her favorite player, Tom Brady. She will be fondly remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her son Robert Beaudet, her brothers Roland Therrien, Marcel Therrien, Fern Therrien, and Raymond Therrien and by her sisters Simone Paquette and France Therrien.

Members of her family include her daughter Lorraine Kuntz and her husband Barry of Dracut, MA, her son Gerard Beaudet of Manchester, her grandchildren Michael Beaudet and his partner Kate Murray, Karin LaChance and her husband Kenneth, Gregory Beaudet and his wife Valerie and Kevin Beaudet and his wife Hope, eight great-grandchildren , her brother Lucien Beaudet and his wife Lorraine of Epping and her sisters Carmel Miller and Gertrude Bertrand of Manchester and Laurette Mailloux of Florida as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday February 6 at 11 am at St. Pius X Church 575 Candia Rd. in Manchester. Burial will follow in St. Augustin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Lillian's name to the American Diabetes Association 10 Speen St. Floor 2 Framingham, MA 01701 or to the American Heart/Stroke Association PO Box 3049 Syracuse, NY 13220.
