Lillian Roach, 85, of Earlysville, Va., was called home by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December, 27, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerney and Dora Roach. She is survived by her son, Joe Roach and wife, Helen; grandsons, Jason Roach and wife, Kathy, William Roach and wife, Vanessa, Tyler Roach and wife, Brittany, Wesley Roach and wife, Cecilia; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Emily, Sarah, and Leah; two sisters, Gin Breeden and Helen Benson; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Lillian was a member of Pine Ridge Church of the Brethren. She retired from University of Virginia Hospital Food Services with 35 years of service. After retirement, Lillian worked part-time for Aramark Food Services at the Pavilion. Lillian had resided at RoseWood Village at Greenbrier for the last two years. She enjoyed reading her Bible, visiting with family and friends, crocheting and playing Bingo. She was also an avid University of Virginia and Virginia Tech fan, watching all the football and basketball games.

A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Buster Payne on Saturday, December 31, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Dyke. The family will receive friends at Teague Funeral Service on Friday, December 30, 2016, from 6 until 8 p.m.
