Lois was born on June 5, 1927 and passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016.

Lois was a resident of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

She was a 1944 graduate of Scranton Central High School and went on to receive her bachelors degree in Home Economics from Marywood University in 1948.

Lois was married to John.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11am from the First Presbyterian Church 300 School St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411 with Services by Rev. Bill Carter Pastor. Interment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery Waverly.The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 pm at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home 418 S. State St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411 and on Saturday at the church from 10am until time of service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Abington Community Library 1200 W. Grove St. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411 or to the Alzheimers Association 2595 Interstate Dr. Harrisburg Pa. 17110.
