Louis was born on August 8, 1929 and passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017.

Louis was a resident of Hockessin, Delaware at the time of passing.

Lou was a graduate of Conrad High School and the University of Delaware.

Calling hours will be held at the Hockessin Memorial Hall, 610 Yorklyn Road, Hockessin on Thursday, October 5 from 4:00-7:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 7200 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin on Friday, October 6 at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Hockessin Fire Company 1225 Old Lancaster Pike, Hockessin DE 19707 Viewing at the Hockessin Memorial Hall from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on October 5, 2017. October 5, 2017 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Hockessin Memorial Hall 610 Yorklyn Road Hockessin, DE 19707 Mass of Christian Burial Friday October 6, 2017 11:00 AM St. Mary of the Assumption Church 7200 Lancaster Pike Hockessin, DE 19707 Interment following Mass Friday October 6, 2017 All Saints Cemetery 6001 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19808 Viewing at the Hockessin Memorial Hall from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on October 5, 2017.

His many decades of service and contributions to fire service will preserve his legacy.
