Louis was born on May 28, 1955 and passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Louis was a resident of Geneva, New York at the time of passing.

After his service, Louis received his Associate's Degree from FLCC.

He proudly served his country in the United States Marines Corps.

Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneva, with the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard.
