Louis was born on May 2, 1947 and passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

Louis was a resident of Dwight, Illinois at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Pierceville High School in 1965. Dr. Cronin earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas Pharmacy School in 1970 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Kansas State University in 1975.

He was married to Alice.

Visitation hours are from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday December 3 at Hager Memorial Home 201 W. Mazon Avenue Dwight Illinois.Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday December 4 at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Dwight. Following the service friends are invited to share memories and fellowship with the family in the St. Peters Lutheran Church fellowship hall. Inurnment will take place in the summer at the family plot in Garden City Kansas.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Peters Lutheran Church Guardian Angel Basset Rescue Livingston County Humane Society or the National Parks Conservation Association.
