Maggie was born on February 12, 1940 and passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.

Maggie was a resident of Elyria, Ohio at the time of passing.

Mrs. Blakely was a graduate of Elyria High School class of 1959 and received a license in practical nursing at Lorain County Community College, retiring as a LPN after 28 yrs. of services.

Burial in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
